Your green card medical exam includes a physical examination, vaccination assessment, tuberculosis screening, and completion of Form I-693 by a USCIS civil surgeon. Contact us and we will guide you through the entire process.
During your visit, we will
- Review your vaccination records and any relevant medical history
- Guide you in completing the USCIS I-693 Form in-office
- Perform necessary bloodwork and administer required vaccinations
- Review your lab results and notify you if any additional steps are needed before finalizing your paperwork
Once all requirements are completed, please allow 7–10 business days to receive your sealed I-693 envelope. In some cases, processing time may vary depending on test results.
