HealthONE Medical Center offers an optional concierge-style membership for patients who want enhanced access, longer visits, and personalized care coordination—without replacing their insurance coverage.

This membership is designed for patients who value convenience, continuity, and a more personalized healthcare experience.

What the Concierge Membership Includes
The concierge membership provides access to non-insurance-covered services, including:
  • Extended appointment times
  • Same-day or next-available appointments (when available)
  • Direct communication with your provider for non-urgent concerns
  • Care coordination and follow-up assistance
  • Personalized preventive care planning
This membership is optional and does not limit access to standard medical care.
What Is NOT Included
To remain compliant with insurance regulations:
  • Labs, imaging, procedures, hospital care, and medications are not included
  • Insurance will be billed separately for covered medical services
  • Membership fees are not billable to insurance
Concierge Membership Pricing
  • Monthly Membership
    $150 per month
  • Annual Membership
    $1,600 per year (save $200)

Payment is due at enrollment and renews monthly or annually based on your selection.

Insurance & Billing Transparency

We will continue to bill your insurance for eligible covered services such as office visits, labs, imaging, and prescriptions.

The concierge membership fee covers enhanced access and non-covered services only and does not replace health insurance.
