we are committed to providing transparent, patient-focused care. Please review the following policies regarding billing, payments, and appointments.
Billing & Insurance Policy
- Patients are fully responsible for all charges incurred during their care.
- As a courtesy, we will bill your primary and any supplemental insurance on your behalf. We make every effort to submit accurate claims with all required documentation.
- Any unpaid balances, co-pays, deductibles, or denied claims will be billed directly to the patient and are due upon receipt.
- Monthly billing statements are issued for any outstanding patient balances.
- We strongly encourage patients to follow up with their insurance provider to understand their coverage and financial responsibility.
f you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact our office. We may be able to arrange a payment plan based on individual circumstances and documentation of financial need.
If no payment is received after two billing attempts, the account may be referred to a third-party collections agency, and future appointments will be canceled until the balance is resolved.
