HealthOne Medical Center is a women’s health and walk-in primary care practice serving Bloomingdale and the Chicago suburbs.
# Women’s Health and Primary Care in South Elgin, IL
HealthOne Medical Center is bringing its women’s health and walk-in primary care model to South Elgin, Illinois. Our second location opens at 310 S Randall Rd, Suite 310 in late 2026, on the Randall Road corridor near SEBA Park and the Fox River. Until then, our Bloomingdale, Illinois clinic is open now and serving South Elgin families every day.
## Why South Elgin
Patients from the neighborhoods along Randall Road, State Street, and McLean Boulevard already make the short drive to Bloomingdale, Illinois for their care. Families near SEBA Park and the Fox River Trail, shoppers at South Elgin Commons, and visitors to the Fox River Trolley Museum and Panton Mill Park live minutes from our new suite. South Elgin, St. Charles, Geneva, Campton Hills, Bartlett, and Elgin will all have a full-service clinic close to home, not across the county.
## Women’s Health at the South Elgin Location
The South Elgin clinic will offer the same women’s health program that made our Bloomingdale, Illinois practice one of the most reviewed in the area: well-woman exams, Pap smears, birth control counseling, and pregnancy care from the first week until before delivery. Hormone therapy for perimenopause and menopause symptoms will be available with in-house hormone panels, and our on-site ultrasound suite will handle OB and pelvic ultrasound, both transabdominal and transvaginal. Our clinical lead, Sanjana Thakkar, FNP, leads the women’s health program.
Women choose us because the visit feels personal. You see the same clinical team, your chart stays in one place, and follow-up is a phone call away, not a referral maze. With 985 Google reviews at a 4.9-star rating and more than 3,000 women in our care, patients across the Fox Valley are already asking when South Elgin opens. The answer is late 2026.
## Primary Care and Same-Day Sick Visits
Beyond women’s health, South Elgin gets a full primary care practice. Annual physicals, chronic condition management for diabetes and hypertension, preventive screenings, and Medicare welcome visits will all be on the daily schedule. And when something comes up suddenly, our same-day sick visits are walk-in. No appointment needed. Patients can always walk in and be seen during clinic hours, the same model our Bloomingdale, Illinois clinic runs today.
We see children ages 4 and older for same-day sick visits, which makes the South Elgin location a practical option for families who want one place for parents and kids alike. No separate pediatrician run across town when the school nurse calls.
## In-House Testing and Diagnostics
The South Elgin suite will run in-house labs, EKGs, echocardiograms, venous Doppler studies, and COVID, flu, RSV, and strep testing on site. Our team also handles ear irrigation and ear cleaning, ENT consultations, and initial psychiatric evaluations. When your workup does not require a second trip across town, getting answers is faster and simpler.
